Getting a good sword is one thing, but maintaining it and leveling it up is something else. If a player likes a weapon they have in the game they should focus on using it, especially when the Bloodmoon appears. The more the stronger the weapon and the easier it is forLinkto defend himself.
Adding to that, the weapon can handle and do more so that makes the fight in the end easier. It feels better knowing that these enemies don’t stand up against a proper sword.

So when going up against the new Bloodmoon monsters it makes sense throwing as much as possible at them. So ifLinkhas these effect based arrows it can turn the fight to his favor. But the game makes a point to be conservative with them since they don’t appear often and towns aren’t everywhere.
3Heart Containers
Now, these are a must, the moreLinkhas the more he can deal and withstand. So the more containers he has the longer the fight is. This is obvious for all fights in the game, but the Bloodmoon it’s different since they can damage him more.
So being hit and then refilling all the heart containers when there’s a ton of enemies around, changes how the outcome. Being able to hold on longer is something to invest in early on in the game so when a random Bloodmoon incident happensLinkcan take on more.
2Stamina
Much like health containers, the stamina is pretty important as well. Running away and dodging attacks take up stamina, so the more he has the better. Even ifLinkdoesn’t want to fight he can just run away, but enemies will be chasing and attacking him at the same time.

A big thing about going out in Hyrule is making sureLinkhas everything from food, elixirs weapons, and armor all stocked up. Because when facing those Bloodmoon monsters the player will need everything at their disposal.
Having a full inventory will go a far way because when a player is in the middle of a fight and are losing, it makes sense to have back up. When a weapon breaks it adds to the strategy, to use the weaker ones first and then start doing more damage with the better ones. So ultimately a stocked inventory is somethingLinkneeds to have.
