Ryas, Horizon Call of the Mountain’s Daring Climber
Call of the Mountainis a unique title in the franchise, as it is the first entry to explore VR. Using the platform, developers have been able to make machine battles feel more exciting than ever, and traversing becomes a truly heart-stopping affair. Ryas is seeking redemption and Blameless Marad offers him a pardon if he can climb to the top of a perilous mountain and investigate a signal that is causing trouble.
After an adventure that has him tackling dangerous heights and battling a slew of terrifying machines, he eventually earns his pardon, which allows him to search for his lost brother. Ryas certainly cannot replaceAloy, who makes an appearance inCall of the Mountain. Nevertheless, he is an interesting new character whose story has plenty more to give. He does not need to be locked inside the world of VR, as he has what it takes to be a great ally to Aloy and her friends in the nextHorizongame.
