In the latest proof of this creativity, oneAnimal Crossingplayer laid out an entire train on tracks on their island.
Animal Crossing: New Horizonsbrings players to an islandwith which they can almost completely alter the terrain. The game also features custom designs that other players can download and use on their own items. Because of the game’s fixed camera angle, many players have used this to add to their own creation’s look.

This amazing creation comes from u/shakeber, and it shows a masterful use of theitems inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons. In their post, they share what looks just like a train with multiple cars in the middle of their island and this isn’t just the simple plaza train item that players can purchase at the Nook Terminal. Instead, this player-created train consists of multiple passenger cars as well as a locomotive that is even producing smoke. The player even managed to fit a simple train station in this build as well. While none of these items are actually train-related, the optical allusion makes the whole build appear just like an actual train would in theAnimal Crossing: New Horizons.
This masterful creation must have taken u/shakeber quite a long time to design and put into place. Fortunately, they mention which items players need in order to pull off this train on their own island, like bunk beds and a brick oven. These each were then customized with codes by MA-2707-3480-4939 to match color and create the appearance of a yellow and brown train.
While there are plenty of interesting items for players to find at Nook’s Cranny, getting the exact ones a player is looking for can be quite frustrating. Even thoughNook’s Cranny can be upgraded inAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, the limit of three new items a day won’t satisfy some of the game’s community.
This does mean that builds such as this one are more challenging, however, and therefore even more impressive to see. Especially when this player created something out of so many unrelated items. On top of this,the customizable options inAnimal Crossing: New Horizonshelp fill the gaps. Regardless of how players feel about the limits on items, this build should be a recognizable achievement to all players.
