Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas revealed the full patch notes for the upcoming Festival of Friendship. The update, which will release on July 02, 2025, will not only contain some quality-of-life changes and bug fixes but also include new content and features forDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers to enjoy.
As the game is still in early access, bugs are constantly present as the Gameloft team regularly provides improvements and adjustments to give gamers the best experience. With the development team previously laying out the2023 road map of Disney Dreamlight Valley, fans already have a brief idea of what to expect in the coming months. The title has so much potential that the possibilities are almost endless if the developer can reach deep down the Disney properties. Now, the latest details for the upcoming update have been announced which discuss a lot of surprising additions.

As announced byDisney Dreamlight Valley’s website, the complete patch notes for the Festival of Friendship have been revealed. As previously teased,Frozen’s Olaf will be joining the gamealong withEncanto’s Mirabel. A new star path will also be available to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary. The Premium Shop will also now be open as players will be able to collect exclusive items from the store. The main story will also be continuing with “The Forgetting.” While those are the biggest additions to the game, there’s actually a lot more on the list that will surprise fans.
Familiar characters, locations, and stories are always welcome additions to a title such as this. Just recently,Disney Dreamlight Valleyannounced thatLion Kinglocations and characters will be arriving in-gamein April via the latest Nintendo Direct. Olaf’s and Mirabel’s in-game inclusion via the Festival of Friendship will satisfy fans ofFrozenandEncanto, but it will also make the title more interesting to casuals by taking from the Disney library.
