The exclusive Curling Iron emote is out and players are finally seeing it in-game. Before, whenFortnitehadn’t been around for too long, it wasn’t common to receive cosmetic items and emotes outside of the Battle Pass, but nowadays it’s different. Nearly every week or so, there’s anin-game eventthat will grant free sprays, emotes, emoticons, and sometimes there’ll even be a free skin thrown into the mix.A few weeks ago, it was announced that players who played with five different friends during the Winterfest event wouldreceive the Curling Iron emoteat some point in the future. The event ran from December 13 until January 3, so it ended quite recently. This wasn’t a visible quest in the Quests tab, so players that didn’t notice it in the News announcements could definitely miss it or complete it without even being aware of it.RELATED:Fortnite Players Disappointed as Hurdle Mechanic Returns With Glitches and BugsThe Curling Iron emote is now being added to players' lockers.
