Xianyun, on the other hand, has been confirmed to be the human form of the Anemo-based Cloud Retainer. Though the developers didn’t reveal details about their element and weapon, some reliable insiders indicated that Gaming will be a Pyro Polearm user, while Xianyun will use a Catalyst in combat.

These Liyue-based units will reportedly become available through a limited-time event, but their rarities are currently unknown. According to the leaked list that shows upcoming events, Travelers will also claim login and mail rewards in version 4.4. One of the flagship festivities ofGenshin Impact, Lantern Rite, will return with freebies next year.
It’s safe to assume that two of the four-starLiyue units inGenshin Impact, such as Xinyan, Yanfei, Xingqiu, and Yaoyao, will be available to claim for free in the 4.4 update. There is also a chance that Gaming, who is rumored to be a four-star, will join the roster of permanent freebies to celebrate Liyue’s Lantern Rite festival. Needless to say, players will be happier if they are given a top-tier, five-star character like Baizhu, Zhongli, or Hu Tao.
Aside from events and characters,Genshin Impactversion 4.4 will introduce Travelers to a new Adeptinamed Fujin, who lives inside a Teapot Realm. She is rumored to be a Liyue-based deity that aims to protect the entire region from nearby threats. Alongside version 4.4, there will also be new Spiral Abyss enemies released: Axe Mitachurl, Fontemer Aberrant, Nobushi, Setekh Wenut, and more. Travelers will have to fight through a number of floors littered with these monstrous creatures to earn valuable rewards.
