Genshin Impacthas officially revealed a new five-star weapon that will appear in the upcoming update 3.6. The recently held Special Program event has already confirmed the arrival of two new characters for the next update, the long-awaited Sumeru Architect named Kaveh and Baizhu, the friendly owner of the Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue.
There is still no official information about whenGenshin Impact3.6 will exactly arrive, but considering that the ongoing limited banners are scheduled to expire on April 11, players can expect the next update to drop around that time. This also means that Travelers don’t have a lot of time to acquire Ayaka and Shenhe who are currently featured on the Limited Character Banner.

Weapons play a significant impact on a character’s performance on the battlefield, and many consider them to be the most important part of a build alongside artifact sets. The game’s official Twitter account has revealed more information about a new five-star catalyst named Jadefall’s Splendor. It will serve as the signature weapon for therecently announced Dendro user Baizhu. According to the post, Jadefall’s Splendor will have the following stats:
While mostGenshin Impactfans seem excited about Baizhu’s arrivaland his signature weapon, others claim that this catalyst is not a great pull for players that don’t want to have the new Dendro user on their roster. Even though it has decent base stats, a lot of comments have stated that it is very situational and only Baizhu can use his weapon to its full potential.
His whole kit revolves around his Elemental Burst, Holistic Revivification, which allows him to create a powerful shield that regenerates itself every 2.5 seconds which is in sync with the catalyst’s passive effect. This shield will make Baizhu probably thebest defensive support inGenshin Impactas it grants powerful healing and strong damage absorption.
Baizhu will arrive on the same banner as the new four-star character Kaveh which means that players can acquire both new Dendro users by wishing on the same banner. Baizhu won’t be the only five-star Dendro character to arrive in the next update as HoYoverse confirmed thatNahida would also be featured in the first part of the update. She will appear on the same banner as the Hydro user Nilou.
