Honkai: Star Railupdate 1.3has introduced two new playable units named Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan, both of whom belong to The Xianzhou Luofu, which is one of the six flagships from The Xianzhou Alliance. The first part of the update featured the ascended version of Dan Heng while the ongoing limited character banner features Fu Xuan alongside three four-star units. A new chart on the popular HonkaiLab website has revealed how well Fu Xuan’s “Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold” banner performed when it comes to sales. According to the chart, Fu Xuan’s banner managed to attract over $13 million in sales after one week.
It should be noted that the data only represents iOS devices from the Chinese community which means that the overall revenue is even higher.Fu Xuan is a Preservation characterwhich means that her kit revolves around providing defensive stats and protecting her team. While most characters that follow this path usually provide shields and extra HP, Fu Xuan’s strength lies in her ability to reduce the damage taken by her party.
Even though Fu Xuan is a very defensive character, she can also dish out some damage with the help of her Ultimate which makes her deal Quantum damage equal to 60%-108% of her max HP. Activating her Skill, Known by Stars, Shown by Hearts, will makeFu Xuan’s team membersdistribute around 65% of the incoming damage to Fu Xuan for 3 turns. While this effect is active, all party members will have their max. HP and Crit Rate increased.
When it comes to Fu Xuan’s build, players should try to equip her with theLight Cone named She Already Shut Her Eyeswhich can increase Fu Xuan’s max. HP by 24% and Energy Restoration Rate by 12%. If players manage to constantly let Fu Xuan tank the incoming damage, with the help of Lynx, this Light Cone can provide a significant damage buff to all of her team members.
