It’s said that it’s hidden away from outside view and can only be seen through the light of the Garden of Recollection’s mirrors.
In ancient Greek, Amphoreus refers to a type of container that can hold up to nine gallons of liquid. Its Japanese name, “onparosu,” also means “omphalos,” which is a religious stone artifact that represents the navel of the Earth in ancient Greek. In other words, it’s the Earth’s core, which is the hottest part of the planet and matches with the rumor that the next world would be Thermae-inspired.
Meanwhile, there are hints that the Thermae-inspired elements might be pointing at a world with Greek and Roman-inspired architecture. There’s also some speculation that5-star character Dr. Ratiomight be connected to the next world because his first name is Veritas, who is the Roman goddess of truth. The marble statues that he conjures during battle and the marble head that he often wears are also heavily inspired by Greek and Roman sculptures.
Interestingly, Dr. Ratio’s bio states that his home planet is simply “Cosmic,” so it’s still unknown where he came from.
