The Intrepid Knight and Change Relic boss can be found in the Tziah Block of Tartarus, specifically within a Monad Passage. You can find it onFloor 171, and will be the third boss you come across, with the first beingthe Minotaur II Boss, and second being the Haunted and Spiritual Castles.
