Althoughmuch of Earth has been destroyedin the hundred or so years since humanity was forced to abandon it,Starfieldplayers are still able to visit many of the planet’s iconic landmarks. Granted, most have seen much better days, but they’re still worth checking out if one ever gets the chance.

The Gateway Arch in Saint Louis is actually in pretty good shape all things considered and still stands tall in what was once the state of Missouri. BeforeStarfieldplayers can check it out for themselves though, they’ll first need to get their hands on a special book, which is easier said than done.
How to Visit the Gateway Arch (Saint Louis Landmark)
In order to unlock the St. Louis Landmark landing site, players will need to acquire a copy of a book calledThe Price of Destiny. One known location of this book is the penthouse of Benjamin Bayu, who just so happens to be the Mayor of Neon. However, before they can enter the penthouse, players will first need to acquire the key.
Thankfully, this is all relatively straightforward, as Bayu can often be found hanging around at the Astral Lounge. If players take the elevator up to the VIP area, they should be able to find him standing alone in Booth 4 and canpickpocket the penthouse key from himthere. If he’s not in the booth, players may need to sit down somewhere and wait a few hours.
Once they have the key, players should leave the Astral Lounge and then immediately take a left, which will lead them to a private elevator that services Benjamin Bayu’s Penthouse. Assuming they have the key, they’ll be able to head up to the top of the trade tower, where they’ll find a copy of The Price of Destiny sitting on the right side of Bayu’s desk.
After picking up the book, the St. Louis Landmark landing site will be added to the player’s map of Earth, allowing them to fly directly to the Gateway Arch. As with some of theother Earth landmarks inStarfield, there’s not much to do here other than snap a few pictures using the game’s Photo Mode, though players will be able to find the St. Louis snow globe sitting on a rock directly beneath the arch.
Starfieldis available now for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
