Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawnhas multiple armor sets that benefit various play styles. By wearing two out of three pieces of an armor set, you’ll receive the Armor Synergy Bonus and get an additional bonus effect on top of the individual ones provided from each armor piece.
One of the more unique armor sets is the Dragoon’s set, as it focuses mostly on secondary firearms and grenades. While you can equip two secondary firearms, these weapons aren’t the most effective in combat and come with limited ammo between rests. Where To Get The Dragoon’s Pauldron In Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn
TheDragoon’s Pauldron is found in the southern section of the Rosy Mile in Three Peaks. The chest is found justsouth of the Lodestonealong the main road is found in the southernmost peak of this area of the map, and is fairly easy to see once traveling off the beaten path.
Where To Get The Dragoon’s Gauntlet In Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn
TheDragoon’s Gauntlet is found in a chest in the Way Of The Forebearers region of Wanderer’s Rest, the second region of the game.During the main quest, “The Enemy’s Grasp” you’ll be tasked with finding Johana and will come across a wide area under a destroyed bridge. Head east to climb up and reach that section of the destroyed bridge before walking back west along the bridge to find a chest at the end containing the Dragoon’s Gauntlet.
Where To Get The Dragoon’s Helmet In Flintlock: The Siege Of Dawn
TheDragoon’s Helmet is a reward for the, “To Turn The Tide” side quest. To Turn The Tide is found in the Grasslands, just north off the main road, and can be started at any time. This side quest is fairly straightforward and will end with you facing a horde of dead with the help of other Coalition members, with the reward being the Dragoon’s Helmet.
The Armor Synergy Bonus for this setregains 25% of a black powder charge whenever you damage an enemy with an explosion or secondary weapon. While it’s not very difficult toregenerate black powder chargesin combat, this set does offer a bonus for those who prefer to fight mostly with guns. For those who do use more melee in combat,the Sapper’s Setaccomplishes the same goal, only faster.
