How to Heal in Kena: Bridge of Spirits
There is a lot of misconception about health regeneration and healing items inKena: Bridge of Spirits. During boss battles, an arena will have blue flowers. These flowers are in full bloom and are mostly found at the edge of arenas. When the player’s Courage meter is full, Rot can be sent to the flowers by pressing the following buttons:
The Rot will retrieve the flower for the player to regenerate their health, filling the health bar immediately. Most boss battle arenas will house one or two blue flowers for health regeneration at best.
On the flip side, players can regenerate their health after a fight simply by not doing anything. While standing still, Kena will enter a regenerative state that will restore the health bar to full.
