Playable characters from past story quests are also reintroduced into the summoning pool in limited-time event wishes, and events may continue to aid character development as the Traveler and Paimon journey in another region. For example,Genshin Impact’sLantern Rite festivalinvited players back to Liyue Harbor for a spell to catch up with the Traveler and Paimon’s friends and acquaintances in a recent update. An assortment of mini-games is playable during Lantern Rite, allowing players to obtain rewards for time well spent in Liyue Harbor.

Reddit user u/Kaplaucius posted images of a large scaleGenshin Impactmural along the side of a tall apartment complex in São Paulo, Brazil. This incredible mural was completed by artists Thaigo Consani and Pkllipe, who are also renowned influencers in the country. Fan-favoriteGenshin Impactcharacters such as Hu Tao, Xiangling, and Xinyan are depicted celebrating a certain annual festival from the world of Teyvat.

The mural appears to celebrate this year’s Lantern Rite festival, which returned inGenshin Impactversion 3.4this past January. Xinyan helped Ningguang and her associates assemble a grand concert during the Lantern Rite festival in Liyue Harbor, and Xinyan may be seen performing on the mural as well. Xiangling, Chongyun, Yun Jin, and Hu Tao were drawn alongside floating Xiao Lanterns, the festival’s signature lanterns that carry away wishes of Liyue’s people into the night’s sky.

The beautiful mural completed by Thaigo Consani and Pkllipe is another indicator ofGenshin Impact’sworldwide reach and success.Genshin Impacthas a dedicated player community in Brazil, and this mural appears to represent the joy the game brings to players in the country.
