Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 261 is just around the corner, as there is no break this week for the series. Fans are incredibly excited for this chapter, possibly more than any chapter ever in the entire story, and that is because of the return of a beloved character, Gojo. Fans had hoped that Gojo’s return would be confirmed before the story ended, however, for many of them, the hope was slowly fading away.
Just when they least expected it, Gege shocked the fans by making the strongest return one more time, being referred to as a ghost for now. However, from here onwards, things are only going to get more exciting.

Even though Sukuna knew that he had dealt with Gojo, he appeared before him once again. It is also possible that the one actually casting the domain is not Sukuna but Gojo. Fans never got to see who exactly said the words Domain Expansion, and while one is led to believe that it is Sukuna, given that he was making the palm sign, it could easily have been Gojo, especially since his body was covered in smoke.

Of course, the biggest debate here is going to be whether this individual truly is Gojo or if he is a spirit. What fans need to go by is what was said in the story. Clearly,Gojo is in front of Sukunaand the editor also confirms that his eyes are unmistakable. Unless there is an explicit confirmation of the fact that this person is not Gojo, fans simply need to accept that Gojo is back.
This opens up the door for another battle between Gojo and Sukuna, and one where he’s likely going toteam up with his students and attack the King of Curses. This battle is only just starting to enter this final phase, and it appears that Gojo is going to be a massive part of that.

However, there is no explicit confirmation of the fact that the person who said domain expansion was Sukuna. It could easily have been Gojo as well, and that is where things get exciting. Either way, fans have adomain expansion to look forward toin the next chapter. If it was Gojo who uttered these words, then fans will get to seeUnlimited Voidonce again. Fans know that this domain expansion is incredibly dangerous and it is going to incapacitate Sukuna further. Gojo versus Sukuna round 2 is about to begin, and fans are incredibly excited about this battle. Of course, right now,every fan of the series is wondering whether Gojo truly has returnedor not. As mentioned previously, it appears that Gojo truly is back, and until there is an explicit confirmation from the author that this individual is not really Gojo, fans should head into the next chapter under the assumption that the modern sorcerer is back and a battle between Gojo and Sukuna is imminent. Of course, fans would love for a one-on-one battle between these two characters once again, but that is not going to happen. For one, Yuji cannot be overshadowed in this final battle at any cost.
For this reason alone, fans will most definitely seeGojo, Yuji, and Todo collaborate in the battle against Sukuna,which would make it a three-on-one battle. This would also imply that Gojo will return far from his best and in a weakened state, just like Sukuna is right now. A 3 on 1 battle is the most likely outcome here, and fans are going to be treated to a phenomenal clash, regardless of who takes the upper hand in the battle.
