Those who are exploring this area for the first time will find this Stargazer past the big brute guarding the Life Amulet chest on an adjacent rooftop. He is also next to the shortcut elevator that leads to street level. Players can find the merchant in the same place even after they progress through the story. Purchasing the item from the vendor gives players a fully-assembled Electric Coil Stick, and it can be disassembled once players get the Enigma Assembly Toolafter beating Mad Donkey.
