As the leading lady of Nintendo’s iconicSuper Mariofranchise, Princess Peach has played a big part in the success of the series. Her early roles as a damsel in distress paved the way for her more active involvement in recent titles and have helped her become one of the most recognizable gaming heroines in history.

Some gamers might be surprised to know that Peach isn’t always dressed in pink hues and flowing gowns. Though she often prefers her classic regal garb, Peach also serves up plenty of other stylish looks as well. Out of all her outfits, these are the best of the best.
12Fire Flower Dress
Debuting inSuper Mario 3D Worldis this gown, which Peach dons when she interacts with a Fire Flower. It makes use of her iconic dress style but changes the color scheme to white and red. Presumably so she doesn’t set it alight, Peach also ties up her hair into a ponytail with a red tie.
In addition to this new dress, grabbing a Fire Flower gives Peachfiery new abilitiesas well. While still perfectly stylish, this dress is ultimately not as imaginative as it could have been. Something that leaned more heavily into the fire aesthetic would surely bring the Fire Flower dress much higher in the ranks.
11Wedding Dress
Also known as the Lochlady Dress, this outfit is one of several worn by Peach inSuper Mario Odyssey. The look features a platinum sweetheart-style wedding dress with matching opera gloves and a veil. The outfit is topped off with a silver tiara, who turns out to be a kidnapped Bonneter from the Cap Kingdom.
Originally made by the Lochladies of the Lake Kingdom, the dress is stolen by Bowser for the purposes of his forced marriage to Peach. Though she lends the dress plenty of grace, its simplistic design leaves a little to be desired. No offense to the Lochladies, of course.
10Tennis Mini
Having appeared inall the majorMario Tennisgames, it comes as little surprise that Peach would be well-dressed for the occasion. Her tennis outfit features a sleeveless mini dress, pink and white wristband, and matching pink tennis shoes. Like in many of her sporty looks, Peach’s hair is tied into a ponytail.
Paired with a crown-design tennis racket, this outfit is both stylish and functional as it mirrors many of the tennis dresses seen in professional games. It brings some sporty flair to the character, who’s usually weighed down by floor-length gowns.
9Classic Pink Gown
Even non-gamers would be hard-pressed to see this dress and not immediately recognize it as belonging to Peach. This gown features a classic princess design complete with fluffed-up sleeves and a full skirt. In addition to the mid-pink fabric of the body, her collar, panniers, and hem are made from a darker pink fabric.

This outfit wouldn’t be complete without Peach’s iconic crown jewels in the form of a small golden crown with red and blue gems, matching blue earrings, and a large blue brooch on her chest. It’s no wonder the gaming industry’smost iconic Italiancan’t help but fall in love with her style.
8Beachy Peach
Though not the firstSuper Mariogame tofeature a seaside vacation,Super Mario Odysseywas the first to feature Peach in a swimsuit. In both the Lake and Seaside Kingdoms, Peach is seen wearing a pink bikini with a white and pink wrap tied around her waist. This look is completed by a pair of sunglasses on her head, a lei around her neck, and a white flower tucked into her hair.
When seen next to Mario in his vacation get-up, the two look like a cute couple off on holiday in the tropics. Her outfit is also infinitely more practical than the dress worn inSuper Mario Sunshine, which wouldn’t have allowed her to enjoy the beach at all.
7Fire Flower Yukata
Occasionally,Super Mariogames willhighlight their Japanese originsand dress their characters in more traditional cultural wear. This yukata features inSuper Mario Odysseywhen Peach is located in Bowser’s Kingdom. It features a Fire Flower design on white fabric, with a blue obi belt that matches her usual jewels.
This is one of only a few outfits to not feature any pink in the design, which makes this style quite a refreshing change from Peach’s norm. Peach is shown in a similar yukata in the mobile gameMario Kart Tour, but the pattern is changed from Fire Flowers to pink hearts instead.
6Blossom Kimono
In a similar vein, Peach also wears a traditional Japanese kimono inMario Kart Tour. This outfit differs from the yukata in the design of the kimono fabric as well as the obi belt. Peach’s kimono is a pink cherry blossom design with a neckline edged in a darker pink. Her obi belt is a patterned red and her blue jewel is tied in place with a white cord.
Her hair is tied up behind her with a red ornament, cutting a typical Japanese silhouette while also likely allowing her to drive at high speeds. While her kimono design may seem simple, it references traditional Japanese designs in a beautiful way.
5Farmer Duds
Another new outfit fromSuper Mario Odysseyis Peach’s farmer overalls that she wears in the Luncheon Kingdom. The outfit includes a pink collared shirt, blue denim overalls, cotton gardening gloves, pink boots, and a large straw hat with a pink ribbon.
This outfit is as close as audiences have seen to an entirely casual Peach outfit and is probably something she would wear more if it weren’t for her commitments tothe Mushroom Kingdom. This dolled-down look is definitely on the cuter and more functional end of Peach’s wardrobe.
4Winter Coat Combo
One of Peach’s darkest outfits is her wintertime look featured inSuper Mario Odyssey. It consists of a charcoal-colored coat, black gloves, black stockings, black heels, and a matching black beret. The outfit also features a platinum-colored scarf tied around her neck into a bow.

This cozy winter outfit also features Peach’s iconic blue jewelry as the sole pop of color. Despite itsdark and broodingaesthetic, this look is still a glamorous addition to Peach’s mostly pink wardrobe. Though clearly, she cannot leave pink completely behind, as evidenced by her suitcase.
3Super Smash Dress
While it’s not entirely practical to wear a dress to a fight, Peach at least does it with a great deal of style. The design of this dress references her original gown and adds many embellishments to it. It features the same puffy sleeves and panniers and adds two extra skirt layers as well as extra detail to the bodice.
Lace trims and yellow patterns adorn the skirts and give a more regal flair to analready royal design. Peach’s dress inSuper Smash Bros.is undoubtedly an upgrade that preserves the most important elements of her classic look.
