My Hero Academia managed to deliver on the back of an incredible chapter that dropped last week and marked the return of Bakugo to the battles. This week,My Hero Academiawas absolutely incredible as it saw Bakugo jump into action finally, and rescue All Might, as most fans expected.
This chapter was full of raw emotion and, at the same time, some beautifully illustrated art. On top of that, fans finally got to see the setup for the last few clashes leftand the Final War SagabeforeMy Hero Academiafinally wraps up. My Hero Academia chapter 404 proved to be incredible in many ways and fans absolutely loved it.
Bakugo Springs Into Action
Quite easily, the biggest part ofMy Hero Academiachapter 404 was focused on Bakugo. Fans know that this particular character has stayed out of the manga for about a year and a half now. He was heavily involved inthe fight against Shigarakiand, eventually, he ended up taking a very dangerous blow to his chest. Bakugo was left in a near-death state and would certainly have died had it not been for the heroes around him. It was Best Jeanist and Edgeshot who managed to save him by combining their powers together.
Even then, Bakugo stayed out of the battle for the better part of a year and, only now did he just wake up. The first thing that he did after waking up was sense danger and jump back into action. This goes to show that Bakugo is truly an incredible Hero who doesn’t waste any time when he knows there are people to save. This time, the person that he had to say was none other than his idol and hero, All Might. Fans know that All Might influenced an age of powerful heroes and Bakugo is certainly one of them, also being among the brightest at the same time. For him, saving All Might would have taken priority and it did.
My Hero Academiachapter 404 showcases that in brilliant fashion. He wasted no time in jumping from where he was and using the powers of his incredible Explosion quirk to rush towards All For One. It must be remembered that Bakugo was injured heavily during his fight and even now, he is far from full health. However, he’s pushing his body beyond all its limits, not caring about the consequences. All he wants right now is to save All Might and, thankfully, by the end of the chapter, he successfully managed to do so.
Deku Helps Bakugo
Bakugo was seen rushingtowards All For OneinMy Hero Academiachapter 404 and it was certainly an incredible sight to see. However, it was made clear that the distance between these two characters was far too great for him to make it in time. As fast as he is, he would not have made it before All Might died. In order for this plan to work, Deku had to give Bakugo a helping hand and this is something very important yet subtle in the manga. Previously, Bakugo would never have accepted a helping hand from anyone on his quests. However, now, he is more than willing to take a helping hand from someone like Deku.
This is simply because he has had a great change in character over the last few years. Bakugo is an admirable hero right now and he proved that inMy Hero Academiachapter 404. Deku aided him greatly with the powers of Gearshift and boosted his acceleration even further. This improved his speed greatly and, when combined with the power of the Explosion quirk, made sure that Bakugo reached All For One in time. His explosive power was so great that even All For One could not see what was coming his way. It must be remembered that All For One is one of the strongest in the world right now, if not the strongest. Not even the likes of Endeavor or All Might can match up to him and for Bakugo to completely blitz him is a massive feat for him.
All Might Rescued
Bakugo successfully managed to rescue All MightinMy Hero Academiachapter 404 and he did so in quite some style. All For One did not know what hit him and, before his eyes even blinked, All Might was with Bakugo while All For One was rooted to the spot.
Before he had even realized it, both his arms were also chopped off by Bakugo, which is nothing short of incredible. Not only did he manage to save All Might, which was already difficult to begin with, but he also managed to deal damage to All For One, which is something that not many fans expected him to do. Bakugo looks full of fury but, at the same time, hope as well. He wants to fight this battle to win and, now, he has successfully rescued All Might.
While the survival of All Might was important to everyone, it was especially important to Bakugo. This is because he believed himself to be responsible for the fall of All Might. He believed that he was the one responsible for ending him since he was the one who got kidnapped by the League of Villains in the first place. In Kamino, All Might gave everything to save Bakugo and, now, he repaid the favor in a fantastic manner. My Hero Academia chapter 404 was absolutely incredible for the fans to witness and finally, Bakugo’s inner turmoil has been quelled. He feels at peace after saving All Might and, from here onwards, his only target is All For One.
The job might be half-done, but there is more left, since All For One is still standing.My Hero Academiachapter 404 also made it clear that Bakugo is not going to be lax just because he saved All Might. He already turned his eyes towards All For One and looked ready to fight. It appears that the next few chapters of My Hero Academia are going to be focused on the fight between Bakugo and All For One, where he will prove to the world that he is a worthy Number One Hero candidate.
Fans are incredibly excited for this fight and, after a phenomenal chapter inMy Hero Academiachapter 404, fans can only hope that the next chapter lives up to the expectations and even surpasses it. It is possible that All Might might end up joiningthe fight against All For Onewith Bakugo, however, not how one would expect. All Might knows all about All For One and his guidance as a teacher might come in handy for Bakugo here. He will now likely entrust everything to the next generation hero and guide him on how to achieve total victory against the demon lord.
