When he used his Devil Fruit to attack King Wapol, the term Zoan was first used in the franchise. His Zoan-type Devil Fruit is called Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Bison, and itgives him the ability to transforminto a bison and a half-human/half-bison hybrid form. The main advantages of this Devil Fruit are super strength and speed.
Tony Tony Chopper

His is one of the five discovered Devil Fruits that give its user the ability to fly.

Thenotorious Cipher Pol agent of the World Government, Rob Lucci, who was the main antagonist during the Enies Lobby Arc of One Piece and made a return as one of the top members of CP0 recently, is also a Zoan-type Devil Fruit user. He ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard Devil Fruit which gives him the ability to transform into a leopard and a human/leopard hybrid apart from his human form. His Devil Fruit combined with Haki makes him a formidable force to reckon with.

X Drake
The founder and captain of not just the Drake Pirates but also a captain of the special Marine unit called SWORD, X Drake, is a Devil Fruit user like no other. He consumed the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that gives himthe ability to transforminto a fully-developed Allosaurus (an extinct dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period). This provides him an advantage in close combats.
King
The right-hand man of the Beast Pirates and one of the last surviving members of the Lunarian race, King the Conflagration, or simply King isone of the most notoriouspirates of all time. He also happens to be an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit user as he ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon which gives him the ability to transform into a majestic pteranodon and a human-pteranodon hybrid. When fusing his Lunarian race abilities with his Devil Fruit powers, King almost becomes invincible in front of his adversaries.

Queen, or Queen the Plague, is one of the three main henchmen of Kaido, and one of the major antagonists of the Wano Country Arc. He is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit user just like his colleague King. He consumed the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus whichgives him special abilitieslike the ability to transform into a full Brachiosaurus and a human-brachiosaurus form apart from his natural human form. His Devil Fruit abilities fused with his cyborg-type upgrades and haki made him a major threat to the Straw Hat Pirates during the Wano Country Arc.
Jack
Jack the Drought or simply Jack,is one of the three All-Starsof the Beast Pirates directly serving under their captain, Kaido. His Devil Fruit is an Ancient Zoan-type called the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth which allows him to transform into a full mammoth and a human-mammoth hybrid forms.
Kozuki Momonosuke
The son of the former daimyo of the Kuri region of the Wano Country and the grandchild of the former shogun of the Wano Country, Kozuki Momonosuke, is an emerging warrior, and rightful ruler of the Wano Country. He consumed a copy of the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu Devil Fruit developed from the Lineage Factor of Kaido by Dr. Vegapunk. It gives him all the abilities equivalent to the ones given to Kaido by his mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit.

Known to the world as Marco the Phoenix and the former 1st division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and former World’s Strongest Man, Whitebeard’s right-hand man, Marcois a significant character in One Piece. He is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit user who ate the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix which allows him to transform into a phoenix and a human-phoenix hybrid as he wishes. His is considered one of the most useful and strongest Devil Fruits of all time.
Monkey D. Luffy
The protagonist ofOne Pieceand one of the most loved shōnen protagonists of all time, Monkey D. Luffy happens to be a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit user.
