InPalworld, players have a huge world to explore and over 100 Pals to find. Naturally, this means there’ll be a lot of ground to cover, and players might want some help getting a sustainable food supply. While other Pals will be more useful for actually farming and producing food,Foxparkscan assist by actually cooking the food without the player needing to supervise the campfire. Later on, Foxparks can use its flames to smelt ore into ingots and handle other smithing tasks.
Besides its utility when cooking inPalworld, Foxparks also performs well in combat. By using its fire attacks, it can deal a decent amount of damage from a distance, but players who take the time to build a proper harness for it can also lift Foxparks and use it as a tremendously effective flamethrower.
Where to Find Foxparks
Foxparks can easily be found close to one of the game’s starting areas (and the only starting area in single-player.) Players should head for the Plateau of Beginnings fast travel point, at the ruins. Head past the Expedition Survivor at their campsite and climb down, ideally avoiding the level 35Mammorestthat wanders the area. There is a river with a waterfall flowing away from the ruins, and Foxparks can be found just to the left of the river (assuming you’re facing away from the ruins/in the direction the river is flowing) near the bottom of the waterfall.
Foxparks is quite a low level and can easily be weakened and captured without any tools aside from thePal Sphere, though players should try to dodge its fire attacks all the same.
The final image in the collection above shows the Paldeck’s Habitat map for Foxparks, for players wanting to track one down without heading for the Plateau.
Foxparks' Work Suitability
A Foxparks will always have level 1 kindling, allowing it to cook food automatically at campfiresand use its flaming breath to fuel furnaces. This makes it a fantastic early catch for players who want to automate their bases. Of course, some Foxparks might come with traits that grant them additional Work Suitability stats, but this is down to luck.
Foxparks in Combat
Foxparks usually begins with a single attack, “Ignis Blast”, which shoots a ball of flames at the target. They also have the Partner Skill, “Flamethrower”,allowing players to pick them up and use them as a Flamethrower in combat. It is important to note that players must first craft a Foxparks harness before they can use this skill. This can be unlocked in the Paldeck’s technology tab at level 6 for a single technology point. Once crafted for 3Leather, 5Flame Organ, and 5Paldium Fragment, players can use Foxparks' Flamethrower skill whenever Foxparks is in battle.
