When the dorm internet goes back up on 4/29 inPersona 3 Reload, it unlocks two things. First, you can use the laptop in your room to meetMaya, the Hermit Social Link. Second, you can use the Shared Computer in the lobby to run purchased programs and URLs.
The usefulness of the Shared Computer depends on what you buy for it. Some basic programs give you significant boosts to social stats, but you can do far more with it if you find the right items. In fact, it’s the only way to gain one of the most useful dungeon skills inPersona 3 Reload.
MangaStar Net Café Items
You’ll find the Net Café on the left side of the third floor of theIwatodai Strip Mall. You can’t do anything there at first, but starting on 4/29, you can go inside and buy software to use on the Shared Computer. You can only buy each software once, and each item is one-use-only.New items appear in September, and then a final set show up in October, just after the full moon.

Suspicious Man Items
The other merchant who sells Shared Computer items is theSuspicious Man, a guy in a hoodie who sits in the back corner of Club Escapade. You’ll needCourage 2 (Ordinary)to visit him,along with the fortune-tellerand the Tower Social Link.
The Suspicious Man sells dark-net URLs rather than software, and he stocks new items along a more gradual time frame. However, the items you get from him can be far more useful, including some that unlock and upgrade the Ambush ability.

The Dating Site Notes are especially useful for a few reasons. First, you can buy as many of them as you like, not just one. Second, they let you spend your evenings improving daytime Social Links. The only other way to do so is to take Koromaru on a walk, and he isn’t available for a walk every evening. If you want tomax out every Social Link during a single playthrough, Dating Site Notes are essential.
