The way thatPersona 5 Strikershandles its side quests is pretty different from its predecessorsPersona 5andPersona 5 Royal. Given the major differences in mechanics between the titles, it makes sense why a turn-based RPG like the originalPersona 5would ask players to complete different tasks than an action-focused Musou game likeP5S. Although there are some outlier quests, those playingPersona 5 Strikerswill notice this very early on, as most quests simply ask the player to kill a certain amount of shadows in a specific jail using a particular attack.
For the most part, the “go here, kill that”-type quests inPersona 5 Strikersare pretty straightforward, especially forlongtime fans of thePersonaserieswho already know what sort of weaknesses the reoccurring cast of shadows have. That said, some of the specific wording in the quests means that players might struggle with actually meeting the completion requirements and cashing in on the rewards. One such quest that can give players some problems is the “Gusts of Punishment” requestavailable to players on 8/3 and beyond.

How to Complete “Gusts of Punishment” in Persona 5 Strikers
At face value, the “Gusts of Punishment” request seems simple enough: it asks thatthe Phantom Thievesto defeat three Succubi by striking their weaknesses on the side path of Castle: Front Area in Shibuya jail, but many people might feel like they’re completing the quest without it counting. To prepare, players should create their party based on Succubus' weaknesses: wind, bless, and gun. It’s a good idea to bring Mona for wind damage, Sohpie for bless damage, Noir for gun damage, and Joker for all three (if the player has Personas with those abilities.)
To complete the quest, head to Castle: Front Area; this is the section of the map directly in front of the castle. To get there, enter the palace, and then run to the 705 area in the northwest section of the map. Players will need to stick to the right side wall when they enter the 705 area and climb the walls until they run intogroups of hostile Succubus. Getting to this part is simple, but actually completing the request requires the player to pay attention to the specific wording that it uses: “defeat Succubus by striking weakness.”
Many players might hit the shadows' weaknesses, and once their down, use an All-Out Attack to finish them off; however, that won’t meet the requirement as an All-Out Attack doesn’t do any elemental damage. To meet the quest requirements, players will need to hit Succubus with elemental weaknesses until they die, without using the base attacks that each Phantom Thief has or the All-Out Attack. After killing three Succubi with wind, bless, or gun damage, the quest will be marked as completed, and players will be able to claim the Headhunter Ladle 5 as a reward.
