The latest season ofPokemon GOis in full swing, and it promises to be particularly significant. While much of Season of Heritage was based on familiar Pokemon, the current Season of Alola promises to bring a ton of new content to the game.Pokemon GOfans have only been able to capture Alolan variants of familiar Pokemon until now, but the current season brings the Alola region’s starter Pokemon to the game, as well as a number of other faces. The recent Festival of Colors event added Oricorio, and now fans have another event to look forward to.

During the final days of March,Pokemon GOfans can participate in the Lush Jungle event. Much like how the Festival of Colors focused on Oricorio, the Lush Jungle eventis designed to introduce a handful of other Alolan Pokemon, including a Legendary Pokemon. As is often the case withPokemon GOevents, the festivities aren’t solely focused on a new Legendary Pokemon. Fans can expect a modified list of Pokemon to appear in both the wild and raids for the duration of the event, and those who like Grass and Bug-types should be prepared to participate.
