Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtreeintroduces many new Talismans for players to find and use, many centering around the new mechanics and weapons added with the DLC. One of these additions is Stances, new Ashes of War that has the player hold a stance before choosing to act with one of the available attacks from the stance.
Holding a stance gives players the opportunity to react to the enemy and counter an incoming attack based on whatever stance the player is holding. For those who like Stances and use them often, the Rellana’s Cameo Talisman is a powerful option to further boost the damage output of a stance.
Rellana’s Cameo Talisman Effects & Tips
When this Talisman is equipped, players willreceive a boost in damage when holding a stance. This boost in damage is shown as a red aura that will appear around the player after they hold in a stance for about two seconds. Once the aura appears, it will stay until the player attacks or breaks their stance. Players are able to walk around and hold their stance, making sure they get the first hit in and don’t lose the damage boost from this Talisman.
Overall, the change time for this boost in damage is incredible and almost unnoticeable for those not trying to work a stance into an active combo. This Talisman is asimple-to-use boost in damage for stances and is recommended for someone using a stancelikeAsh of War: Wing Stance.
Where To Find Rellana’s Cameo Talisman
Rellana’s Cameo is found in one of thefirst locations ofShadow Of The Erdtree, Castle Ensis. Players will need tomake it to the Castle Ensis Checkpoint Site Of Grace. From here, head deeper into the castle, fighting through the soldiers and dogs hiding in the bushes. Proceed through the gate, where you’ll be able to see the chapel straight ahead.
Upon approaching the chapel,be prepared for a difficult fight with Moonrithyll, Carian Knight. Like other Carian Knights, he hasaccess to basic sorceriesto give him ranged attacks that only serve as a distraction from the real threat from his sword. After defeating Moonrithyll, head straight into and to the back of the chapel, past the praying ghost, to find Rellana’s Cameo on the pedestal.
