In order for this prompt to appear, Leon will first need to stagger an enemy by dealing some damage to them or by attacking them in a certain spot. The best way to make this prompt appear is toshoot at an enemy’s legwith a pistoluntil they fall to their knees. It is also possible to stagger enemies by shooting them in the head but aiming at their legs is a much more reliable method.
