There are quite a few tricky trophies inSaints Row, but none more so than A Car Named Simone. Unlike most of theotherSaints Rowachievements, which can typically be unlocked by engaging with the game’s main story or side content, A Car Named Simone requires players to perform a quadruple backflip while driving with Super Air Control: a feat that is much easier said than done.

In order to perform a quadruple backflip, players will need a vehicle with access to the Super Air Control Signature Ability. They’ll then need to find a good location to pull the stunt off in, before perfectly executing the maneuver. It’s far from easy, but, with a little practice and the help of a good guide,Saints Rowplayers should be able to unlock the A Car Named Simone achievement without too much trouble.

How to Unlock the A Car Named Simone Achievement in Saints Row (2022)

There are a few differentvehicles with access to the Super Air Control Signature Ability, but the easiest one to get hold of is the Ant RS Gas Buggy. Players can unlock this fairly early on in the game by completing the first Pony Express Side Hustle in Smelterville West. After doing so, they’ll be able to spawn an Ant by visiting Jim Rob’s place or the garage at the church/apartment.

To unlock Super Air Control, players will need to perform two double backflips, which is easily done by driving at full speed into a rock or ramp and then holding down on the left analog stick while in midair. Those having trouble should add Nitrous and Offroad kits to the Ant using the garage customization menu, as the extra speed will make life a lot easier both now and later on. If they can’t afford to do so, they canfarm some money using one of the @tcha Side Hustles.

After performing two double backflips, players will get an onscreen message informing them that the Super Air Control Signature Ability has been unlocked. Before they can use it though, they’ll first need tohead over to Jim Rob’s garageto enable it. While they’re there, they may want to consider adding a Nitrous kit to the Ant if they didn’t already. Installing an Upgrade Kit or two can also help, though nowhere near as much as the Nitrous and Offroad kits.

With the car now ready, players can leave Jim Rob’s garage and take the road heading northwest. They’ll want to start firing off Nitrous right away, weaving in and out of the oncoming traffic to ensure that they don’t run out. After about ten seconds, they should continue heading straight when the road veers off to the right and then aim for the rock dead ahead of them. As soon as they’re airborne, they should press and hold the L1/LB button to activate Super Air Control and then pull the left analog stick down like before.

It may take a few attempts, but with a little bit of practice and a healthy dose of luck, players should be able to unlock the A Car Named Simone trophy in just a few attempts. It’s worth stressing that performing near misses in the buildup to each attempt can make a huge difference, as doing so refills the Nitrous meter and allows players to reach a much faster speed than they otherwise would.

Saints Rowis available now for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
