To unlock the Unforgettable Soup achievement,you must impress the Governor during the Luau Festival. At this event, you’re able to contribute one ingredient to the potluck soup. If chosen correctly, it will enhance the flavor of the food and please the Governor. If the soup is of the highest possible quality, he will exclaim, “Oh my… That’s the best soup I’ve ever tasted.”
