Just like a Bach Party or a Family Gathering event, players can plan aVow Renewalevent and invite Sims to witness the beautiful ceremony. If players wish to know how to plan this event perfectly, this guide will help.
How To Renew Vows In The Sims 4
If players are spontaneous and want to attend the event immediately, then they should plan it by using the phone. On the other hand, if they want a specific date and time,then they should use the calendar. For example, it would be really romantic if they’ll do the Vow Renewal event the same day they did their wedding a year later.
Open the calendar, choose the desired day and click onAdd Wedding Eventthen look for Vow Renewal. Next, Simmers have to complete three important steps to ensure they have the perfect ceremony. These steps are; Invite Sims, Select Activities, and Select a Place.
Invite Sims
Just like a Wedding Ceremony, Vow Renewal has six guests categories to complete; Bride and Groom, Sims of Honor, Officiant, Flower Pal, Ring Bearer, and Guests. Here,players have to assign each role to a specific Sim.If the list is empty, then they have to speak with someone and ask them if they want to do this role.
There are no entertainer and mixologist categories, but that doesn’t mean that players can’t invite any of them to their event. By clicking on a bar and any musical instrument, Simmers can hire a Mixologist and a Musician respectively.
Select Activities
There are a total of 13new activities players can include in their wedding event. They can pick as many as they like. Players can choose from the following activities for Vow Renewal:
They’re basically the same activities as the ones at a Wedding Ceremony. Some of the activities from this list require a certain object to be completed while others don’t.
For instance, Have Toasts require theToasting Celebrating Bucket from Buy Mode, whereas Throw Rice is an interaction that can be done by clicking on the Sim.
Select A Place
Finally, choose time and place. First, pick the time from the right upper corner. Although there are some unusual times like 12 AM or 4 AM,try not to choose them as guests tend to be sleeping at these times.
As for the place,the new WorldTartosathat was released with My Wedding Storiescame with a few wedding venues that are suitable for a wedding or Vow Renewal event. If that’s not the player’s cup of tea, then there are tons of other lots that are perfect for this wedding event. Some of these places are bars, cafés, beaches, museums, nightclubs, lounges, parks, and so on.
