Valve releasedCounter-Strike: Global Offensivein 2012 but the game maintains a dedicated community with members that exchange rare skins with each other to change up their appearance on the battlefield. A Twitch streamer known as Buster decided to get more creative with his sought-after skins as he traded theCounter-Strike: Global Offensiveitems for an extremely expensive car.

Buster isn’t the firstCSGOplayer to trade up their in-game cosmetics for something more valuable, but the Twitch streamer earned a $60,000 BMW rather than the $57,000 that he expected when researching the prices of the items. Posting content to both YouTube and Twitch has left Buster with a sizable 5 million followers between the two platforms, a following that continues to grow. While regularly streaming and makingCounter-Strike: Global Offensivevideos for YouTube, Buster is also known for playing theregularly updatedGTA Online,Fortnite, andMinecraft.

In a recent YouTube video, Buster unveiled his new black BMW M5 which was acquired by trading hisCSGOcosmetics which included a Dragon Lore, multiple rare stickers, and a Sapphire Karambit. Instead of fetching the $57,000 cash for the cosmetics, Buster was able to trade for the valuable BMW with a fellow Steam user, and he continues to have some less desirable items that he can use to continue customizing his character. While these skins are regularly searched for and snapped up in theCSGOmarket, Buster may be the first to exchange the in-game cosmetics for a vehicle in such good condition.

Buster showed off hisBMWin a YouTube video in which the vehicle is driven through a garage into a well-lit studio that highlighted the design and features of the car. Sitting under white curtains, chandeliers, and between a couple of sparkling boards, the BMW stays running as Buster gets some closeups of the back bumper, rims, exhaust, and light blue lights. Buster proceeds to get in the vehicle to get a feel for the driver’s side and check all the features and options including a sunroof, two-way radio, and well-lit center console.

ThisCounter-Strike: Global Offensivetrade may give owners of rare skins hope that they can also exchange their in-game items for a material one like Buster’s BMW.
