PCplayers are nowadays seeing a lot of console-exclusive ports make their way toSteamand various launchers. This is great news for anyone who’s felt like they’ve been missing out without owning a console, and it’s clear that the lines between console and PC are beginning to blur, especially concerning Microsoft and its desire to port its impressive games library to both ecosystems.PC Game Passhas made things even more lucrative, and many series once thought console-locked forever are receiving PC versions (even if it takes a year or so to adapt them over).

Those playing games on a PC have a lot to look forward to in 2025 and beyond, with some high-profile ports, awesome-looking Indie releases, and AAA titles that are sure to look stunning on a high-end build. Here’s a look at all the titles we can expect to see on the PC by the end of the year, along with games that do not have specific release dates.

August 2025 should be huge for gaming.Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eateris about as big of a release as they get, and the remake looks set to be an impressive reimagination of one of the all-time greatest stealth games.

When it comes to other releases,Mafia: The Old Countryis set for August 8, making it one of the most exciting PC games of the month.Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2should be a fun fighting game, andShinobi: Art of Vengeancelooks awesome so far.

Borderlands 4, Hell Is Us, & More

Quite a few huge games have been announced for September 2025, and the lineup is far from done at this point.Hell is Ushas been building momentum nicely, with the open-world game promoting intense combat and an immersive presentation. While its marketing has not been flawless so far,Borderlands 4will almost certainly be a massive deal.

Silent Hill Fwill make its debut, and I assume it will be one of the year’s biggest releases.Dying Light: The Beastshould be awesome too, and I am particularly excited at the prospect of a more horror-driven title compared to the second entry.

Arc Raiders, Outer Worlds 2, Ninja Gaiden 4, Painkiller, & More

Assuming its games mostly live up to the hyper, October should be 2025’s best year for gaming. The lineup is stacked to the brim with big-ish releases, and the whole month is impressive.Directive 8020will continueThe Dark Pictures Anthologyseries with a trip into sci-fi horror territory, and it should be good.

Painkillermarks a return of a legendary cult classic FPS series, whileDigimon Story: Time Strangershould be a great turn-based JRPG.Little Nightmares 3has been a long time coming, and the same can be said forNinja Gaiden 4.Jurassic World Evolution 3,The Outer Worlds 2, andArc Raidersare all huge releases as well.
