It is one of the hardest among the 6 missions to unlock the DMZ’s Tier-4 Toxin Research Story mission. With 3 steps to complete, the Route Forward mission requires players to look up two different locations in Al Marzah. There is a lot of tracking and planting, and the final step requires downloading data. Warzone 2 DMZ: Steps to Complete The Route Forward Mission

Like the Train Tracks Faction Mission, DMZ’s The Route Forward Mission’s participants must first locate and plant 7 tracking devices. The last step requires players to download some data.

Loot Seven Tracking Devices

Warzone 2DMZ playersmust loot seven tracking devices from the Dead Drop in Al-Sharim Pass. It is one of the several dumpsters Dead Drops prominent on the map. The Al-Sharim Pass’ Dead Drop is located on the southeast side between two buildings on the hillside. Open the dumpster and retrieve all seven tracking devices to accomplish the initial objective.

Plant Seven Tracking Devices

Once all seven Tracking Devices are retrieved, participants require planting them. Players need to plant all seven Tracking Devices on seven Al-Qatala trucks in the same area of the Sattiq Caves. Players that have completed the DMZ Caved-In mission should be familiar with the area. Despite being close by,theseWarzone 2AQ trucksare hard to trace; one must check the Al-Qatala logo painted on them for confirmation. The first truck sits at the Sattiq Upper Caverns Denied Area’s entrance.

To plant the tracking device, get close to the truck and follow the game’s prompt. The next AQ trucks are placed in the Riverside Caves, but armored bots guard them — one needs tokill all the threats. To find the remaining three AQ trucks, go to theWarzone 2Riverside Caves. One AQ truck is on top of the caves, and the other two are directly beneath it, inside the Riverside Caves.

The next three AQ trucks are closely clustered together. To reach them, use the zipline in the center of the riverside caves and head towards the Upper Caverns. Two trucks are on the left side of the main entrance to the Upper Caverns.Keep going until the cave bends to the left; players will locate the seventh truck there. A single AQ truck can be found on the left side of the cavern. Once theDMZ participants place allseven trackers in the seven AQ trucks, they are ready for the final step.

After completing both steps,Warzone 2players need to finish the final step, downloading the data. To complete the third stage, go towards the secluded bunker adjacent to any Sattiq Cave Complex extraction point. In the bunker, find the servers and the activation switch. Download the data by clicking on the interaction button when prompted.

It will take a few seconds to complete the download and finish The Route Forward. By finishing the mission, players will be rewarded with the Chisel weapon blueprint for theSA-B 50 Marksman Rifleand a bonus of 40000 XP.
