In these unprecedented times, gamers now more than ever need new ways to occupy their time at home. And with thePlayStation Play At Home Initiative, Sony hopes to give players everywhere a chance to experience new games that they might not have considered trying before.

While nine more free games are being added to the program, fans can still claim the previous freeRatchet & Clankuntil March 31 at 8pm PT. The other nine games go live March 25th at 8 pm PT and will be available until April 22nd at 8 pm PT.
Here are all the free games PS4 and PS5 owners can claim starting March 25 at 8pm PT:
Most of the available games for players to try were created by indie companies that have partnered with Sony for the event. One of the more notable ones isEnter the Gungeon, a top-down 2D dungeon crawler game. Other games that accompanyEnter the GungeonareAbzu, Subnautica,The Witness,andThumper. Out of those,Subnauticais one of the most popular, and for those who may not be familiar with it, it’s an ocean-based survival game.
PlayStation’s Play at Home event also has some options available forPlayStation VR usersas well. Astro Bot Rescue Missionis a PlayStation VR platform game where players control a little robot named Astro with a mission to solve puzzles in the hopes of saving its crew. Other games that accompanyAstro Bot Rescue MissionareMoss,Paper Beast,andRez Infinite.Rez Infiniteis a sensory-based game with gamers using sight and sound to interact with the game world. The original development team has remastered this version available for the PS4 and PlayStation VR.
Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Editionwill also be made available as part of the PlayStation Play at Home program, but not until next month. This game’s download window is April 19th at 8 pm PT until May 14th at 8 pm PT. Additionally, gamers in participating countries will have access to an extended free trial of Funimation.
