Shaggy (Scooby-Doo)
Sooby-Doo’sShaggy became a bit of a meme a few years back, which arguably led to the character’s inclusion in the free-to-play fighting game,MultiVersus. It’s probably what led to UltimateShowMega creating Shaggy inWWE 2K23too, though the character is sadly lacking the Super Saiyan transformation that inspired so many of the memes.
